History:
Montgomery Park was first built as one of Montgomery Ward’s national
distribution centers. In 1989 Naito Corporatioin renovated the building
and switched two of the last four letters of the famous electric “MONTGOMERY
WARD” sign to read “MONTGOMERY PARK.” This premier
office building is now the second largest in Portland by volume. Its
